Interruption of Feminist Commentary – Hurricane Sandy

Hi everyone,

Until I get my internet back, your regularly scheduled feminist commentary will be somewhat interrupted. Hurricane Sandy is over, and I now have power, and hot water, and heat (for which I am incredibly grateful)

But my internet is still unconnected and my phone is intermittently working. Please have patience. Hopefully I will be able to bring you plenty of snark to cover the Presidential Election next week.

Keep your fingers crossed,

E. S. Henry

  1. I’m glad to hear that you’re safe and that you have power, hot water, and heat. My parents are still without power and heat, but I was lucky and didn’t lose either (we lost our internet connection after the storm for about a day).

    • We got internet about 2 hours ago, so I’m now fully connected. But it will take me a day or two to get totally settled back into things.

I hope your parents get all their amenities back soon!
